Activities

The project consisted of 5 main activities in the form of short-term staff meetings, with addition of 3 transnational meetings.

The activities of the project

1. Kick-off meeting, Berlin, Germany: 14-18th of October 2021.

2. Joint staff meeting, Athens, Greece: 28th of March – 1st of April 2022.

3. Interim meeting, Mantova, Italy: 14-16th of May 2022.

4. Joint staff meeting, Novi Sad, Serbia: 09-13th of September 2022.

5. Joint staff meeting, Barcelona, Spain: 11-15th of November 2022.

6. Joint staff meeting, Thessaloniki, Greece: 24-28th of March 2023.

7. Joint staff meeting, Potsdam, Germany: 1-4th of June 2023.

8. Final meeting, Copenhagen, Denmark: 5-7th of June 2023.

Due to the various restrictions related to Covid-19 crisis, we were forced to postpone kick-off of our activities for more than 8 months. But we used this time to introduce each others organizations in the form of digital seminars, as well as to prepare our live activities in a more detailed manner.

The main intention of the project activities were to enable each participating organization to host one of these 8 meetings, so all of us can get better insights into type of the work, methodology, organizational model, some of local problems and challenges and solutions developed for them, as well as local partner networks of each organization.

These insights were made in various forms, and included workshops, lectures and study visits, and were always followed by discussions and comparisments, as well as diverse brainstormings among participants. Ongoing creative brainstorming rounds and exchanges were indeed one of the features of our project.
